Fruit Puree Overnight Oatmeal
Serves: 1
Ingredients:- 1/2 cup rolled or old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tbs chia seeds (optional, but helps thickening)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2-3/4 cup fruit of choice (I used mango this time, but peaches, pineapple, or any berry works!)
- Toppings of Choice (I used dried goji berries and mulberries + coconut butter and almond butter)
Make It!
- In a blender (small magic bullet-type blender works well), combine milk, banana, chia seeds, and fruit and blend until smooth.
- In a mason jar or other container with lid, combine oats and fruity mixture and shake!
- Store in the fridge overnight or for several hours.
- In the morning, transfer to a bowl or leave in jar and add desired toppings.
- Enjoy!
